We ask our patients to:
- treat all practice staff with courtesy and respect
- continue to wear a face covering within the surgery
- trust our staff to arrange an appointment with the most suitable person
- tell us as soon as possible if you can’t keep an appointment
- tell us if you have moved home or changed your phone number
- talk to us first if you have a concern or complaint
